 Select "left banister" layer. And select  - tool. .. change the shape ... hold down the Shift key and move one of the corner, Add some "cutout" if you like .. I did.... |
 Now the fence .. Make a rectangle or use mine. Create a new layer called "cutout" and use this setting... Effects - 3D Effects - CutOut , V: -2 , H: 0 , Opacity: 35 , Blur: 6 , Effects - 3D Effects - CutOut , V: 0 , H: -2 , Opacity: 35 , Blur: 6. |
 Move "fence"-layer above the banisterlayer.... Deselect.... Ctrl+D  Use and make it fit ......you can also try Effects - Geometric Effects - Skew |

the layer about 5 times and use  tool to move each layer into place .. make it look like this ...Hide all layer, except the "fence"-layers. On your Layers Palette, click on the little "glasses" , the Visibility buttons ...  choose ; Layer - Merge - Merge Visible. Duplicate , and choose ; Image - Mirror. move into place.... Merge some layers if you want ... I merged the banisters and the fence.... |
