Stitchedborder...

Make a new image, File - new - 25 x 35 , transparent.

Chose black color, and use Paint Brusch
and make a stitch..

But this is just one stitch..
so I made a tub of it..

wiht this setting..



Then just use the tub, and draw a line ; )

The border effects:

Plugin filter Simple Filters - Top Bottom Wrap
